The Virtual Aviation portal

Welcome to the new virtual aviation portal! the PC flight simulators have come a very long way since their beginnings. Nowadays with outstanding graphics and add-ons it is not just a game anymore. We also have real-world aviation information that might be of use to you, those pages are clearly marked to differentiate them from virtual aviation.

Here you shall find most of the information you need to get you active into the exciting world of virtual aviation and hopefully become your meeting place for most things related to virtual aviation:

  • Virtual pilot information (tutorials accepted)
  • Virtual Air Traffic Control (ATC) services
  • Online flying
  • Flight simulator add-ons manufacturers, sellers
  • General navigation information
  • Anything related to virtual aviation/flight simulation

Looking for some airport information but not into flight simulation? we have a nice online application to let you browse the airport you want to check out. That is available on the Airport search page.

Do bear with us while we upload all the necessary information to the site. In the meantime we hope you do enjoy visiting us (keep coming back) as we build up content. Needless to say, this is also a place to share information.

Site Organization

At this moment both Virtual Aviation INFO and Virtual Aviation NET are exactly the same content and both are to be all about virtual aviation.

These sites in turn are divided into two main areas:

  • The Virtual Aviation Information area, and
  • The Virtual Aviation Portal

You are currently in the main (Information) area. In here you will find interactive information about virtual aviation in general. This is accessed via the regular URL Virtual-Aviation.Info. That is the place with a large collection of links and searchable information not available on the portal.

The other part is the DNN portal where you can subscribe to be a member a participate in all that is available there at the Virtual Aviation Portal. That would be your source of information for events and discussions, surveys, reviews of all kinds, etc.
